Tim Wedrosky’s long-time real estate career took root in the Seattle and Tacoma area in 1988. Within five years of successfully launching his business, Tim expanded into mortgage lending. After visiting Palm Springs frequently beginning in 1991, Tim loved the area so much that in 2008, he made the move to full-time resident. He then launched his real estate business working with buyers and sellers from the Pacific Northwest. That client base expanded rapidly to include full-time desert residents, buyers relocating and those interested in investment properties.
Today, much of Tim’s business is from direct referrals and repeat clients. Tim often becomes his client’s lifetime real estate agent as he consistently delivers results with his ongoing market and financing knowledge.

Q: How and when did you know that real estate was the right career for you?
A: When I bought my first home at age 23 and then went on to buying other homes and basically flipping them before flipping was a thing.
Q: What is unique to your style that clients can't find in any other agent?
A: Sense of humor and my ability to negotiate on behalf of my client
Q: What is your favorite room in your home?
A: The Kitchen – it seems to be the soul of my home where friends end up hanging out.
Q: What's your favorite architectural style for homes?
A: Mid-century and contemporary. The main reason is the simplicity of the style which appeals to me.
