Shelby Sarna

As a Bay area native, Shelby Sarna loves the Palm Springs area, which she has called home for 17 years. Shelby enjoys waking up to the surrounding “reach out and touch views” of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains from her South Palm Desert home. Q: What is unique to your style that clients can't find in any other agent?
A: I am told that I am a good listener. I have been complimented for listening to the client's needs and finding them what they're looking for without wasting their time. I've also been told that I'm not pushy or aggressive. I'm helpful and mild tempered and that works best with my clients. Often, I've been in multiple offer situations and I'll put together a cover letter pleading a case for my clients and that letter has proven to be the reason my clients have gotten the home and were chosen over the other offers.

Q: What's your favorite architectural style for homes?
A: I like unique homes, like A frame and log cabin styles. I also appreciate Italian architecture.

Q: Why are you drawn to Nook/ what will clients find here that no one else can offer?
A: Once again Nook’s staff and the top tier marketing Nook offers agents was very attractive and made good business sense for me. Nook is also unique in how buyers can search homes by architectural style. Because of this, the leads I receive are more qualified.

Q: When's the first time that you remember how a style of a home had an effect on you?
A: When I was trying to sell a unique and beautiful A-frame home in South Palm Desert, I knew it was just not the right home for everyone. I was fortunate enough to meet a wonderful Realtor who brought me a very happy buyer who found their dream home.
