BIOGRAPHY

With an MBA from Chapman, Michael Isaac has been working in real estate for more than six years. His entrepreneurial flair and passion for hard work led him to establish an innovative insurance brokerage firm which he built from the ground up. Although now completely focused on his real estate career, his years as an entrepreneur in the insurance industry polished his communication skills and taught him the importance of taking a strategic yet personal approach.
A member of CAR, NAR, CalBRE and currently serving on the boards of two non-profits, Michael is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Michael’s years with other major real estate brokerages, his background in the insurance industry and his varied personal interests have given him a unique perspective on the fast-paced Southern California real estate industry. His clients enjoy simplified transactions and benefit from Michael’s streamlined style – he recognizes the need for transparency and is a master at taking the stress out of buying and selling property.
A fan of modern architecture, Michael specializes in properties in Irvine around John Wayne airport including Central Park West, Woodbury and Great Park. He enjoys focusing his efforts in these neighborhoods because they afford his clients unique lifestyle opportunities including world-class shopping, popular restaurants, beautiful outdoor spaces and a myriad of family-oriented community activities. Although he appreciates the clean lines and hard surfaces of modern architecture, he is also a fan of ancient history, archeology and Egyptology – all of which he studied in college.
A resident of Newport Beach, Michael and his family love to spend time together cycling, traveling, shopping and generally enjoying the fabulous Orange County climate. He is so proud of his beautiful wife and gorgeous daughter and is dedicated to helping others live the lives they are looking for through real estate. He has built an impressive network of contacts in the industry that he calls on regularly to help find the perfect property or the right buyer for his clients.

Q: What are you most passionate about in real estate?
A: I’m passionate about finding good deals and beautiful homes for my clients. I particularly love working with clients who know what they want. The architecture of a home is what makes it so special – and I love it when I can help my clients hone in on what they really like.

Q: What’s your favorite residential architectural style and why?
A: I am a modern architecture devotee – the more industrial, the better! Homes with clean simple lines and open floor plans just make sense for our modern lifestyles and our amazing OC climate.

Q: Where do you live now and why do you love it?
A: I am lucky enough to live in Newport Beach. I particularly love the combination of its suburban feel and outdoorsy beach culture. With its family-friendly vibe, miles of sandy beaches, parks, Balboa Island and world-class shopping, it’s a great environment to raise up our kids.

Q: What excited you most about joining Nook?
A: I was really attracted to the support Nook gives their agents. The involvement of the founders and executive team in the day-to-day running of the business and the experience that they bring is rare. Most importantly though, I am drawn to Nook’s approach to real estate. Everyone else out there is pretty similar – but Nook has created a unique niche of curated homes and has highlighted how important lifestyle is when purchasing a home. It’s a distinctive approach that just makes sense and it’s something I’m excited to be a part of.
