BIOGRAPHY

Jacqueline Smith, REALTOR® began her career in 2002 in the mortgage industry as a mortgage advisor. She soon discovered her passion was working directly with homeowners assisting them on the path to homeownership while increasing their financial stability. Jacqueline continues to provide outstanding service with a personalized touch while acting as a skilled negotiator keeping her client’s interest as the top priority. “I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to offer the best product for my clients but also to educate them thru every step of the process, so they have the resources to make the best possible decision for both today and for the future.” Jacqueline’s favorite architectural style is one most popular in Southern California, the ranch style.

Strong knowledge on the financing side combined with on the ground experience in the mortgage industry honed Jacqueline’s skills for today’s competitive residential real estate market. Between 2008 and 2014, Jacqueline dedicated her career to helping homeowners in distress. Those hardworking years provided her with the tools, knowledge, and skills to work successfully with a diverse client base. It ultimately led her on the career path to becoming a Realtor working with buyers and sellers. “My approach to every transaction is, “it’s about the clients,” who always remain her top priority.

Giving back to the community is an important part of Jacqueline’s life. Jacqueline lives in Eastvale, California located in western Riverside County. She is a captain of her Neighborhood Watch Program for the Devonshire Neighborhood “This keeps me connected with my community and together we work on public safety.” In addition, Jacqueline is Vice President of the Eleanor Roosevelt High Cross-Country team booster club where her main role is coordinating and running fundraising events. She also finds time to act as finance coordinator for the local chapter Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS), a caring ministry designed to provide support and encouragement while helping moms develop a sense of commitment to family, other moms, church and their own community.

Being a Realtor® is much more to Jacqueline than just a job. Every day she gets the chance to help her clients attain their dream home while securing their financial future.
