If time is a testament to how fun and enduring an event is, then the 15 years that Big Night San Diego has been happening should let you know that this isn't a New Year's Eve party you want to miss. Held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, this New Year's Eve gala features 10 different party zones, all-inclusive food and drinks, and a dozen bands and DJs to help you ring in the new year in style. Tickets start at $99 and go up from there, depending on just how VIP you want to be that evening.
Why pick one New Year's Eve venue when you can attend a whole block of 'em? A ticket to the Orange County Block Party gives you access to three different New Year's Eve parties at Bosscat, TEN, and Envy Lounge. The event includes a five-hour open bar as well as a five-hour cash bar, live DJs, and a complimentary champagne toast and party favors when the clock strikes midnight. Just $69 will get you access to the event and its open bar, but tickets range from $30 all the way to $1,600.
Sure, you can go to a nightclub again this year. Or, you can skip the club in favor of the VIP yacht that hosts Long Beach's New Year's Eve Party Cruise. The yacht is complete with an open bar, appetizers, live DJ, and plenty of dancing, as well as an unforgettable view of the firework show that's scheduled to take place at midnight. The event occurs from 9:30-12:30 pm and $150 will get you a single ticket while $250 will ensure a spot for you and your significant other.
Hosted by The Bazaar by Jose Andres, this two-part event merges magic and curiosity. The evening starts with a Spanish masquerade, featuring a strolling dinner with a tasty spread of The Bazaar's signature modern and traditional tapas. Come 10:30 pm, the party transitions from sophisticated soiree to a magical masquerade dance party. The $500 ticket includes a five-hour open bar, specialty party favors, masquerade mask, and tasty tapas.
