What’s better than a good meal? A good meal with your four-legged family member by your side. Few feelings rival that of sitting down to a delicious lunch or dinner while your pet is at your feet enjoying the sights, eating snacks, and people-watching. However, not all restaurants agree that a meal should be shared with your pet. Fortunately, a good many of them do.

In honor of National Love Your Pet Day (2/20), we'd like to share some of our favorite pet-friendly eateries from San Diego to Miami. The following restaurants not only offer a delectable menu, but they welcome and encourage your furry friend to sit down and enjoy it with you.

Long Beach

The Attic

The Attic Long Beach Pet Friendly Restaurant

This Long Beach gem is nestled into a 1920s craftsman home and invites your pup to enjoy a tasty meal with you on its charming patio. And when we say tasty, we mean it. With a menu of Southern-inspired comfort food, you can enjoy such yummy offerings as Jambalaya, Chicken Fried Steak, and Green Chile Smothered Pork Chops and top it off with a Root Beer Float or yummy cocktail.

Sometimes, nothing hits the spot quite like a big, greasy burger, and we’re pretty sure your dog agrees. Your pet can hunker down next to you with the water bowl the server brings while you enjoy a 10 oz burger and choose from over 120 craft beers. With burgers like the Brinkman, which has deep-fried bacon, grilled onions, and jalapenos, you definitely need this spot in your life.
