The Schustack Residence - 1957 - by Howard Lane, FAIA. Originally a student of Mies van der Rohe in Chicago, the designs of Lane's Los Angeles firm were known mostly for commercial buildings such as the Neo-Streamline Moderne Travelers Insurance Building on Ventura Boulevard.
