Dean has funded more than $5 billion in residential and commercial loans throughout his dynamic career, and is a pivotal figure and thought leader in the industry.
Dean has always believed in building long-term connections with his clients and considers going above and beyond standard protocol for each transaction. From assisting first-time home buyers and investors to guiding clients through 1031 Exchange opportunities, Dean’s impeccable attention to detail and his “service first” approach never wavers.
A proud father of three, Dean and his wife are long-time residents of Newport Beach. Raising their family in this ever-changing market has allowed Dean to be a part of Orange County’s evolution as a resident; developing vast knowledge on the unique area and its properties. Dean volunteers in his spare time as a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club, allowing him to mentor youth while helping guide the organization to raise funds for their programs.
Appreciating all life has to offer, Dean enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. From golfing and working out, to listening to great music from all genres, he remains grounded in his positive outlook each day - creating new opportunities and giving back to others.

Q: Why are you passionate about real estate?
A: Even after decades of transactions, it’s always a privilege to with with one of the biggest investments in most people’s lives.
Q: What's your favorite architectural style for homes and why?
A: As an Italian, I might be a little biased, but I love the architecture of authentic Tuscan style villas!
Q: Where do you live now and why do you love it?
A: I live in Cliff Haven, Newport Beach. Our neighborhood has a really cool vibe and is within walking distance to some of the best public schools in the region.
Q: If you could have a second home or a dream home where would it be and why?
I think it’d be fun to have beach home in North Carolina so I could experience the other coast.
Q: What's your fondest memory of your childhood home?
When I was growing up, our pool and Jacuzzi was the place to be, and I have wonderful memories of our home always being busy with friends and neighbors.
