A bit more about David Hernandez, in his own words:
Q: What's your favorite room in your house and why?
A: The dining room is my favorite space. It’s a place where I can sit with family and friends to talk and eat. It is the most interactive and collaborative space in our home, and where some of the best ideas are born.
Q: If you could change one thing about how real estate is transacted today, what would it be and why?
A: Especially in a competitive market where I earned my chops – like Downtown LA – I would love to see more collaboration between agents. I believe that it’s in the best interests of clients, and the community, when we all work together.
Q: What is your favorite neighborhood in LA and why?
A: I’m most passionate about metropolitan/urban neighborhoods like Downtown LA and Long Beach. It’s great to see people walking, eating and constantly interacting, and I love the storied architecture of the old buildings in those areas.
Q: What's your fondest memory of your childhood home?
A: I grew up across the street from my school and park. I loved growing up and playing outside all day with neighborhood kids. I hope to create that type of environment for my family as well.
