A bit more about Allison Panetta, in her own words:
Q: If you could have a second home, where would it be and why?
A: I am torn between two amazing places. First, a private villa at a resort in the Dominican Republic called Casa De Campo. The villas are serviced by the hotel - which encompasses world-class golf, beautiful grounds and fabulous beaches. The villas feature stylish Contemporary architecture with a bit of a Spanish influence. But I’d also love a ski in/ski out lodge-style home in Snowbird/Alta.
Q: Where do you live now and why do you love it?
A: I live in Bayview Heights in Newport Beach. It’s an equestrian neighborhood that my family loves because it’s so unique for the area. There are always people riding horses along the streets, amazing access to the Back Bay, and you can hear roosters crowing. The large lots allow for spacious new builds, but I love the smaller homes, too.
Q: What is your fondest memory of your childhood home?
A: My favorite memory of my childhood home in Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts, is the time we spent playing with the neighborhood kids in the woods behind our home. There were so many kids in my neighborhood and the woods gave us an incredible setting to let our imaginations run wild. We would play all day and come home exhausted and hungry when we heard our parents calling us in for dinner. It was a wonderful way to grow up.
